It was such a great event, and the guests in particular have been commenting on the music and how fun it was and how it seemed to include virtually everyone. So, I just wanted to say a huge thank you... especially at the end when certain people tried to take over :)

We just held our Junior Prom last night at the Westin Maui. It was very successful and enjoyable. The kids had a great time and were very wellbehaved...phew! I wanted to recommend the dance DJ(Mackie Mac of A- List Entertainment). This was my first experience hearing and working with him (I still do the prom court dance and ceremony, 24thcourt from LHS...wow!)...anyway, he is very cooperative, professional, and easy to work with. He provides lighting too and his speakers are not as bulkyas others that I have seen. He did not need much room. He was most helpful with our prom court rehearsal earlier that afternoon and did an outstanding job during our ceremony. He even provided me with a wireless microphone instead of us using the awful hotel system. The dance itself was exciting. From the looks of the kids, they all had a great time. Now I wish I had asked him to play some Zumba music (as in PussyCat Dolls "Tae Bo"...hahaha) and we could have had a Zumba session. There is one dance that reminded me of it ... the boys just went crazy with their moves. I don't remember the name of the song, but it had something to do with "soldier/soljah" ...Anyway, I am cc-ing him this note (use his email)...very reasonably priced too. His name is "Mackie Mac"  with A- List Entertainment and he lives in Pukalani or upcountry Maui someplace. I highly recommend him!

You were awesome! The dancefloor was never empty and every student was satisfied!! Teachers and the Principal said it was the best prom they have ever seen and the current Seniors said it was better than theirs. We could not have done it without your services. As the Senior Class President of Lahainalunas, I can guarentee this won't be the last time we use your services and I will highly reccomend you for all other school events!!

DJ Mackie went above and beyond my expectations for my wedding! I feel like I really lucked out having DJ Mackie referred to me. I couldnt have asked for anything better. It was like he read my mind for the lighting and just knowing the right music to play and when to say the right things throughout the evening. I would recommend to future brides or other parties for sure!!
